1. What this site is
SoccerWay is a free-to-play entertainment site. You cannot deposit, wager or withdraw money here. We are an affiliate partner of licensed betting operators in Zimbabwe and may earn commission when you visit them through our links. We are not a bookmaker and we do not accept bets.
2. Who can play
You must be 18 or over and legally allowed to gamble where you live. By using this site you confirm that you are. We may close any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18.
3. Your account
- Your mobile number and password are your account. Keep both to yourself — and keep access to the number, because a password reset is sent there by text.
- One account per person. Extra accounts may be closed and their prizes cancelled.
- Don't use software, scripts or automation to play. Play is rate-limited, and accounts that behave automatically get flagged.
4. XP, tokens and the leaderboard
XP and tokens are points in a game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred, and we may adjust or reset them — for example to correct a fault or reverse a manipulated score.
5. Free bet prizes
This is the part worth reading properly.
They're rare, and they're capped
Winning a real free bet is uncommon, and there is a limit on how many are given away each day across the whole site. Once the day's limit is reached, games still run and still award XP, but no further real prizes are awarded until the limit resets. We'll tell you on screen when that happens.
There are also limits per player — how often one person can win, and a waiting period after a win. These exist so prizes reach more people rather than a handful of heavy players.
They're credited by hand
A free bet is not instant. When you win one, our team checks it, opens the operator's system, and credits your account manually — usually within 24 hours, and longer over weekends and holidays. You'll see the status change on your rewards page.
You need a valid account number
We can only pay a prize to a betting account you tell us about, and it must be your own. If the number is wrong, doesn't exist, or belongs to somebody else, the prize will not be issued. Once a prize has been paid to an account number, that number is locked to your account — contact support to change it.
The operator's terms apply too
A free bet is credited by the betting operator you chose, and is subject to their terms — including any wagering requirements, minimum odds, expiry or withdrawal conditions. We don't control those and cannot change them.
When a prize can be withheld
We may withhold or cancel a prize where we reasonably believe:
- multiple accounts were used by the same person;
- the account number given isn't the player's own;
- play was automated;
- a fault, bug or error produced the result;
- the player is under 18 or otherwise not eligible.
Where an account is flagged, prizes are held for a person to review — they are not cancelled automatically. If we decide against you, we'll tell you why and you can reply to that decision.
6. How outcomes are decided
Every result is decided on our server before any animation plays. Nothing in your browser influences whether you win, and results cannot be changed after the fact. Each play is recorded with the values used to generate it, so an individual result can be checked later if you query it.
Each play is independent. Losing several times in a row does not make a win more likely, and a winning streak does not make the next result more or less likely.
7. Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw any game, and we may take the site down for maintenance without notice. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free. If a fault causes an incorrect result, we may correct it.
8. Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@soccerway.co.zw. Any unissued prizes are cancelled when an account closes at your request.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why when we do.
9. Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from using it — including any decision you make to gamble with a partner operator. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated version.
