Who we are
SoccerWay (soccerway.co.zw) is a free-to-play games site operated in Zimbabwe. We are an affiliate partner of licensed betting operators — we are not a bookmaker, we do not take bets, and no money can be deposited or withdrawn on this site.
What we collect

We do not ask for your name, ID number, address, date of birth, or any payment details. We will never ask for your betting account password — nobody from SoccerWay has any reason to know it, and anyone who asks is not us.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep you signed in.
- To run the games, record results and rank the leaderboard.
- To credit a free bet to your betting account if you win one.
- To detect and prevent abuse — mainly multiple accounts run by the same person.
- To understand which games and pages are used, in aggregate.
About the abuse checks
Because real prizes are limited each day, we look for signals that several accounts belong to the same person — for example the same device or the same betting account number across accounts. When something looks unusual, the account is flagged and its prizes are held for a human to review. Flags do not change your chance of winning, and no decision to withhold a prize is made automatically.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it in only these situations:
- The betting operator you chose, when you have won a free bet — we give them the account number you provided so they can credit it. Nothing else is shared, and only the operator you nominated receives it.
- Our SMS provider, which receives your number and the verification code in order to deliver the message.
- Google Analytics, but only if you agreed when asked. It receives the pages you viewed, a shortened IP address and basic device details — never your phone number, your name or your betting account number.
- Where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
When you click a partner link, you leave this site and that operator's own privacy policy applies. We may receive commission on referrals, but we don't receive your betting history.
How long we keep it
- Verification codes expire after 10 minutes and are deleted shortly after.
- Account and play history is kept while your account is open.
- Reward records are kept for at least 12 months after a prize is issued, so we can answer questions about a payout.
- If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal details and keep only what we must for the records above.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what we hold about you;
- correct anything that's wrong;
- delete your account and personal details;
- stop sending you messages other than sign-in codes.
Email support@soccerway.co.zw from the number on your account or tell us the number you signed up with, and we'll action it.
Security
Your betting account number is encrypted in our database, and shown to our support team masked (like ••••2345) until they need to read it to credit a prize. Sign-in codes are stored hashed, never in plain text. Access to player data is limited to staff who need it, and every action taken on a reward is logged with who did it.
No system is perfect. If we ever discover a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.
Cookies and analytics
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. That one is essential — without it you would be signed out on every page — so it is always set.
We also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which games get played. It only runs if you agree. The first time you arrive we ask, and nothing is loaded until you answer. If you decline, no Google cookie is ever set and we simply don't count your visit. There is no advertising cookie on this site either way, and we have turned off Google's advertising and personalisation features.
Analytics tells us things like which pages are popular, roughly where visitors are, and what kind of device they use. It does not tell us who you are, and we never send your phone number or betting account number to Google. Your IP address is shortened before Google stores it.
Changed your mind? Clear this site's data in your browser settings and you will be asked again on your next visit. On Chrome that is Settings → Privacy → Third-party cookies → See all site data.
Children
This site is for over-18s only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
